6.1 The Walton Collection will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time which is based on being handmade to order from date of purchase. If, for any reason, any unexpected delays are encountered on your order we will let you know and contact you by email or text so please ensure your contact details are correct. Please allow additional time for customisations or deviations from our standard offering.
6.2 WARNING: PICTURES IN FRAMES CAN BE HEAVY ITEMS AND SOME CONTAIN GLASS WHICH CAN SHATTER , EITHER OF WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE OR INJURY IF DROPPED OR NOT PROPERLY CHECKED BEFORE SECURING IN THEIR MOUNTED POSITION. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. While we check everything is secure and fit for purpose before shipment , it is your responsibility to check and test all weight bearing parts, screws, rings, ties and knots connected to the frame on its delivery to you, and to hang your picture using picture hanging materials which are suitably strong and securely installed to hold the weight of the picture frame indefinitely on the type of wall surface you are hanging the picture. The Walton Collection accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to the product, your property, or any personal or third party injury , howsoever caused, while you are hanging the picture frame and for an indefinite period thereafter. If you are unqualified, unsure, or have any doubts about hanging your picture securely, it is your responsibility to get professional advice on hanging your picture from a qualified person or picture installer.
